Twenty Boholanos passed Phil Science High School Scholarships

There are twenty (20) out of three hundred fifty three (353) grade six graduating pupils who took the Philippine Science High School (PSHS) System last September 10 at BISU Main Campus this city passed the Philippine Science High School Scholarships starting June 2012. To wit:

(Tubigon West Central E/S); Cabalhug, Axela Krizcheev A. (Holy Name Univ. Grade School); Cabasan, Stephanie C. (Mater Dei College Lab School); Cruz, Joannah Pauline F. (Tubigon West Central E/S). Dagandan, Kerwin Kien A. (Holy Spirit School); dela Torre, Kyle A. (St. Therese School of Mansasa); Dunting, Ma. Jessa A. (City East Elem. School); Galo, Marco Antonio A. (St. Therese School of Mansasa), Lim, Ma. Venice Lauren B. (Jagna Central E/S); Lloren, Denfold S. (Bunga Mar E/S); Madrona, Pete Edward C. (Jagna Central E/S); Nayga, Prince Niño I. (Jagna Central E/S); Olarita, Jan Michael R. (San Miguel Central E/S); Talaid, Gwyneth Jeanne C. (Tagbilaran City Central E/S) and Torrefranca, Ma. Chrissandra P. (Bohol Wisdom School).

Each scholar gets a monthly stipend in addition to free tuition and free loan of textbooks. Uniform, transportation and additional living allowances may also be given depending upon the student’s socio economic indicators.

An orientation for parents and passers will be conducted on December 3, 2011, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at the AV Hall of BISU Main Campus. Official letters from PSHS and DOST will be distributed starting Monday Nov. 28 c/o school addresses of passers.
